8500 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 8500 platform and is binding on all users who register or use our services. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before creating an account or using any part of the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 8500 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by the full terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to register for or continue using the 8500 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 8500 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version in effect.
User Eligibility
- Users must be aged 18 years and above to register for and use the 8500 platform.
- Users must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are legally permitted.
- Users may not register more than one personal account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed without notice.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for updating their information should any changes occur.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
During registration, users are required to provide their full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number. This information is used for identity verification and official platform communications. 8500 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, to ensure transaction security and regulatory compliance.
Security Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login credentials confidential. 8500 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their account information. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 8500 platform agree to comply with all rules set out below. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Users are prohibited from using the 8500 platform for any unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that undermines the security and integrity of the platform. The use of automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities to gain an unfair advantage is a serious breach of these terms. 8500 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate all accounts involved and to forfeit any balances or winnings obtained through such means.
An 8500 account is for the exclusive personal use of the account holder only. Users are prohibited from transferring, selling, renting, or granting access to their account to any third party in any form. Using an account on behalf of others or acting as an agent for other users is not allowed.
Users agree not to share content that is defamatory, false, threatening, or infringes on others’ rights through any communication channels provided by the platform. Any attempts to deceive other users or platform staff also violate these terms.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 8500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them.
8500 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in order to ensure transaction security. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days under certain circumstances.
Account Suspension & Closure
8500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account found to violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or for other security and compliance reasons. In cases where accounts are closed due to violations, any remaining balance may be non-refundable depending on circumstances.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team. All voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned once all reviews have been completed.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Platform Liability Limits
8500 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. The platform will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by technical disruptions, system errors, or cyberattacks beyond our control.
8500's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arose.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8500 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements, is the exclusive property of 8500 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 8500. Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
8500 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Third-Party Links
The 8500 platform may contain references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 8500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Users are advised to read the relevant terms and privacy policies of those third parties before using their services.
